Diabetes Hope Foundation will be hosting their 16th Annual Swing of Hope event at the prestigious and exclusive Bayview Golf and Country Club in Thornhill on Monday June 18th, 2012. Online registration and fundraising is now available. Our new website makes online pledging the easiest and fastest way to fundraise. Each registered golfer will qualify to win amazing prizes for their fundraising efforts. The top fundraising team will win our grand prize of a destination weekend golf getaway. New Prizes will be announced weekly. The funds raised are directed to Diabetes Hope Foundation’s community based programs: Scholarship Program, Diabetes Youth Sports Camp, Interim Medical Assistance Program, Scholarship Alumni Mentoring Program, and At-Risk Youth Diabetes Retreat.
