Best Buddies Canada Leadership Conference Date: Sep 11,2010 We are writing to ask for your support. Each year we invite our student volunteers to attend our Leadership & Training Conference, which will provide students with an opportunity to learn more about people with disabilities, give them the tools to better manage Best Buddies at their school, organize community events and most of all, to have fun with their buddies! As we plan our annual conference, we are hoping to increase the number of participants from Toronto. This year our conference will be held in Toronto on September 11-12th, 2010. The conference will consist of training workshops, entertainment and motivational speakers. Your donation will help offset transportation costs to send students from the 25 schools to attend our conference. Your donation can be designated to a school in your area that will directly benefit students with an intellectual disability from your community.
