On Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at Eagles Nest Country Club in Vaughan, chocolate lovers will spring into summer by experiencing one of the most elegant and lavish events held in Vaughan, to benefit Vaughan in Motion to cure cancer. The distinct aroma of chocolate emanating from every direction will permeate through this luxuriously appointed and famous country golf club. If it was good enough for the Masters, it's more than enough reason to choose this fabulous location to host the first Spring Chocolate Ball Gala.
The night start off with a visit to our Silent Auction gallery while being served samplings of chocolate and cream liqueurs. First, to tempt your tastebuds are the savoury food stations presented and catered by some of the area's top chefs and restaurants. Here you will experience samplings of various savoury foods such as chicken, shrimp, beef and pasta infused in white and dark chocolate.
Once you have digested the savoury fare you can move on to treating yourself to decadent chocolate creations from bars to truffles available at several Chocolate Stations positioned throughout the venue.
