Volunteer Positions Shakespeare in High Park Play a starring role in Toronto's longest-running and most popular outdoor theatre event! Canadian Stage is always looking for volunteers to spend evenings under the stars at the 36th edition of Shakespeare in High Park, coming June 2018. We are seeking reliable individuals, 15 years of age or older (12 or older if volunteering as a family), who are friendly, enjoy theatre and have excellent customer service skills to join our diverse team of volunteer ushers. Responsibilities Responsibilities include greeting patrons, accepting donations, answering questions and assisting our patrons finding seats. Shifts are available onsite in High Park from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday, from June 28th to September 2nd. Volunteers are required to complete a minimum of six three-hour shifts over the summer. Full training is provided.
