Our volunteers touch the lives of isolated seniors and adults with physical disabilities who still live “independently” in the downtown Toronto community.
Our Society of Sharing programs and services are designed to reduce social isolation, promote social connection, and improve the well-being of housebound clients. To provide these programs/services, we recruit, screen, train and support volunteers to engage with clients through our community programs.
Volunteer Positions: 1. Friendly Visiting Program Volunteers Reduce social isolation and improve the well being of clients through weekly visits. 2.
