This three-part series of workshops is sponsored through a partnership between Sage Solutions, The Guelph Community Foundation and PIN, The People and Information Network. The workshops will provide participants with a practical, “road tested” planning template for each of the three phases of strategic planning. Workshops will work through these tools interactively, including ample opportunities for questions and work time for pairs of participants to make tailored progress related to their own situation. Attend one, two or all three. Each three-hour session will include a light dinner. An organizational ticket allows up to two participants per organization to attend — ideally a senior leader and a member of your board executive.
The third workshop, Implementing a Plan, will focus on moving beyond responsibilities and timelines to habits and tools to ensure that your planning investment is leveraged into action. If your organization has a strategic plan that is sitting on the shelf more often than you’d like it to be, then this workshop will help you breathe new life into its execution.

Workshops will be led by Dr. Rebecca Sutherns of Sage Solutions. Rebecca is a Certified Professional Facilitator with over 20 years of experience helping public benefit organizations collaboratively create practical strategies that provide them with renewed energy and focus.
