The Hope for Hearts Yogathon supports the SickKids Exercise Medicine Program.
The annual Yogathon is Hope for Hearts signature event and will feature special guest yoga instructors leading us through 90 minutes of yoga practice (see detailed schedule below). There will be raffle prizes, gifts, photos and fun!

Doors will open at 11:00 am with the practice beginning at 11:30 am. Come early to find a good spot, get know the Hope for Hearts team, the instructors, fellow yogis, and get your Instagram fix at our photo booth. The practice will run for 90 minutes ending at 1:00 pm. There are change rooms available, and there will be an area designated for coats and bags. 11:00 Doors Open 11:30 Event Begins 11:30 - 12:10 Warm up with Jacqui Wells 12:10 - 12:40 Practice with Queenie and Jonathan Phair 12:40 - 1:10 Cool Down and Meditation with Michael DeCorte 1:10 Practice Ends 1:15 pm Raffle Prize Winners announcement 2:00 Doors Close
