On Sunday, April 28th, 2019, join 200 like-minded individuals for a day of Yoga, Wellness & Community. Sponsored by The Globe and Mail Centre, enjoy a breathtaking view of the city while fueling your soul.


1:00 PM – 1:30 PM Doors Open

1:30 PM – 2:30 PM Yoga Class

2:30 PM – 3:30 PM Guest Speakers, Networking, Complimentary Cocktails & Light Refreshments

DO GOOD – Each ticket purchased goes directly towards supporting new matches for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto

FEEL GOOD – Relax and refresh during a 1 Hour Yoga Class

What if I’ve never done Yoga before?

Don’t sweat it, the class will be catered to all skill levels

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You must be 19 years of age or older to attend the event. Please bring a valid ID so you can enjoy a complimentary cocktail.
