ENGAGING MILLENNIAL MINDS

COOKING FOR ME

There’s a strong connection between healthy eating and a healthy brain, and feeding your brain properly is a lifelong project. While it is never too late to start, memory and cognition in later life very much depends on the care and feeding our brains receive throughout our entire lives. But cooking a delicious healthy meal for one can be a challenge.

Join us and Chef Michael Bonacini, co-founder of Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality and Judge on MasterChef Canada to hear his story, learn about the importance of eating well, and experience a number of his delicious recipes first hand, skillfully prepared by the celebrity chef himself.

Enjoy light refreshments, and a chance to win fabulous door prizes.
