Elmer Iseler Singers, Lydia Adams, Conductor
Present The Vancouver Chamber Choir Jon Washburn, Conductor

We team up with long-time friends and colleagues, the Vancouver Chamber Choir and their esteemed conductor, Jon Washburn, in a concert celebrating Jon’s 48 years as Artistic Director of the VCC as he transitions to a new role with the group as Conductor Emeritus. We are excited to sing great choral music with these wonderful voices once again.

Works by Britten, Kodaly, Debussy, Schafer, MacMillan, Gjeilo and Jon Washburn himself!

Part of the Vancouver Chamber Choir’s Music Sea to Sea: The Farewell Tour from February 22 to March 11, 2019, visiting the Prairies, Central Canada and Atlantic Canada.

A stunning blend of 40 professional voices awaits us for this once in a lifetime farewell to Maestro Washburn in honour of his remarkable contribution to music in Canada.
