Harbourfront Centre is an innovative, non-profit cultural organization which provides internationally renowned programming in the arts, culture, education and recreation, all within a collection of distinctive venues in the heart of Toronto's downtown waterfront. Currently, exciting seasonal employment opportunities exist in Harbourfront Centre Camps, one of Toronto’s most diverse and creative day camps. Please visit: for more camp information MAJOR DUTIES: • Provide high-level customer service to visitors and patrons in the form of answering phones, email correspondence and reception services; • Perform general office duties which may include, but is not limited to: data entry, filing, assisting with the registration process, sharing program information, following up with customer concerns and/or incidents; • Additional duties as required in support of Camp Office operations. QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous administrative experience in dynamic office environment • Enrolment in or completion of post-secondary degree in Arts or Office Administration an asset • Strong time management and organizational skills • Strong customer service skill • Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite • Police Reference and Vulnerable Sector Screening prior to June 20, 2018 • Experience with CampBrain software an asset • Previous summer camp experience an asset • Current First Aid & CPR-C an asset DURATION & HOURS: May 10, 2018 to June 1 – 2 days/week (16hr) – 8:00-4:00 June 4- Aug 31- Mon.- Fri. – 8:00-4:00 WAGE: $600 per week DEADLINE: May 4, 2018 Interested applicants should quote JOB REF. # 18SM018-AA_Camps-ET in the Email Subject Line and Cover Letter, and FORWARD their resume to: EMAIL: Rankin Middlebrook, Manager, Recreational Learning Harbourfront Centre Camps 235 Queens Quay West, Toronto, ON M5J 2G8 Harbourfront Centre is committed to building a diverse workforce and strongly encourages qualified applicants from all backgrounds to apply
